Scope: interior painting of the 1,083 sq ft home — preparation, primer and finish coats on walls, ceilings, trim and doors, with baseboard and quarter round included; reglazing of the existing jacuzzi shell including chip and rust repair, primer and sprayed finish coats with the jets masked and protected; and painting of the 6 kitchen cabinet boxes and 2 bathroom vanities, with doors and drawer fronts removed, labeled, sprayed and reinstalled.
Painting: surfaces are prepared and coated per the package above. Colors, sheens and any specialty finish are confirmed by the homeowner before the work begins; color changes or additional coats beyond the package are quoted separately.
Cabinets: existing cabinet doors, drawer fronts and box faces are painted; cabinet interiors, shelving and the countertop are not painted. Existing hardware is reused unless new hardware is supplied for install.
Jacuzzi: the refinish covers the shell and the visible apron; the jets are masked and protected. The finish needs its normal cure time before the tub is used or cleaned with abrasives.
Not included: larger drywall repairs beyond the normal preparation patching; cabinet interiors, shelving and drawer boxes; countertops, sinks, faucets and plumbing; replacement hardware; wallpaper removal; work on surfaces found to be failing, water-damaged or previously coated with a product that will not accept a new finish. Anything not listed in the scope above.
Warranty: 12 months workmanship on the work performed.
Payment: Total $10,869.50. Deposit $5,434.75 — upon signing · Upon completion of project $5,434.75.
